How Can We Be Happy ?

Once a group of 50 people was attending a seminar.

Suddenly the speaker stopped and decided to do a group activity. He started giving each one a balloon. Each one was asked to write his/her name on it using a marker pen. Then all the balloons were collected and put in another room.

Now these delegates were let in that room and asked to find the balloon which had their name written, within 5 minutes. Everyone was frantically searching for their name, colliding with each other, pushing around others and there was utter chaos.

At the end of 5 minutes no one could find their own balloon.

Now each one was asked to randomly collect a balloon and give it to the person whose name was written on it.

Within minutes everyone had their own balloon.

The speaker began— exactly this is happening in our lives. Everyone is frantically looking for happiness all around, not knowing where it is.

Our happiness lies in the happiness of other people. Give them their happiness; you will get your own happiness.

And this is the purpose of human life.

Being Achiever / Successful Person....

In the process of becoming achiever or successful person, everything comes order.

"First comes a dream, followed by struggle, and then there is a victory". The problem is, most people give up in the struggle section and never get to the sense what victory feels like.

 To feel victory everyone must has this two type courage. First, they have the courage to get started, to take a leap of faith, to take action when they have no guarantees of success. Second, once they are on their way, they develop the courage to endure, the courage to persevere.

What I Observed From The Nature.......

Success is a continuous effect of practice and hard work. Practice and hard work is only possible when you have extra factor called Perseverance. Every creature, every organism in the universe is an act of perseverance - the act that can change the difference between dreaming and living in the dream. Evolution itself is an act of perseverance. The creature having the strong perseverance to change or adapt succeed and the rest perish.

  The cocoon rupturing to a butterfly, chick breaking the shell, humming bird resisting the wind to fly, duck peddling heavily to float over the water surface and everything persevere from a molecule to mountain. So, it is a default character of all the organisms to persevere. Hence, humans also are no different calling ourselves the master of evolution. The civilization that has risen and fallen is a living example of perseverance and its success eventually. The wall between dreaming and living in the dream is high and the key to the gate that fetches you the other side of the wall, the success is Perseverance. Hence, persevere severely and cherish forever.

A Message From a Wife...

Once I had to walk on a bridge. It was very high and I got scared. I saw my better half on the other side, and called him for help, but he didn't come. He said he was busy with something more important and I should learn to manage my way.
I felt bad but with tears somehow I managed and crossed the bridge. There.. I saw him holding the end of the broken bridge..!

Sometimes you think why your husband is keeping quiet. He may not help you to cross the bridge.. But he might be holding the broken bridge for you when you lost trust on your strength..

உனக்கான பாதையை நீ தேர்ந்தெடு...

ஒர் இளவரன் முன் தேவதை தோன்றி, "விரும்பியதை கேள் தருகிறேன்..!" என்றது.

"கலைகள் யாவிலும் நான் சிறந்து விளங்க வேண்டும்..!" என்றான். தேவதை அப்படியே அருளி மறைந்தது. அழகு, செல்வம், அன்பான துணை என எல்லாம் இளவரசனுக்கு வாய்த்தன. ஒவியம், சிற்பம், இசை என எல்லாக் கலைகளிலும் சிறந்து விளங்கினான்.

ஒருநாள், அவனது அரண்மனைக்கு வந்திருந்த துறவியின் முன் அவன் மண்டியிட்டான். "இத்தனை இருந்தும் எனக்கு மனநிறைவு இல்லையே.., ஏன்..?" என்று கேட்டான்.

துறவி சொன்னார்.., "உன் இலக்கை நோக்கி, உனக்கான பாதையை நீ தேர்ந்தெடுத்து நடந்தால் போதும்.. பார்க்கும் அத்தனை பாதைகளிலும் நடக்க முயன்றால்.., குழப்பமும் களைப்பும்தான் மிஞ்சும்..!"

When I woke up this morning lying in bed,
I was asking myself;
What are some of the secrets of success in life?...
I found the answer right there, in my very room.

The Fan said, "be cool"
The roof said, "aim high"
The window said, "see the world"
The clock said, "every minute is precious"
The mirror said, "reflect before you act"
The calendar said, "be up-to-date"
The door said, "push hard for your goals"
The floor said, "Kneel down and pray"
and the phone said,

தொடர்முயற்சியே வெற்றிக்கு வழி ...

ஒரு இடத்தில் யானைகள் நிறைய
கட்டப்பட்டிருந்தன. அந்த
வழியே போன ஒருவன் யானைகளை பார்த்தபடியேச் சென்றான்.ஒரே ஒரு கயிறு மட்டும் தான் யானைகளின் காலில்
கட்டி இருக்கிறது,
இவ்வளவு பெரிய உருவம் கொண்ட
யானை அதை அறுத்து கொண்டு போகாதா என்று வியந்தான்.

அருகில் இருந்த பாகனிடம் இந்த
யானைகள் கயிற்றை அறுத்து கொண்டு போகாதா என்று கேட்டான்.

இந்த யானைகள் சிறியதாக இருக்கும் போது இந்த கயிற்றால் தான் கட்டினோம்.

அப்போது அது இழுக்கும் போது இந்த கயிறுகள் அறுகவில்லை.

யானைகள்
பெரிதாக பெரிதாக தன்னால் கயிற்றை அறுக்க முடியாது என்று எண்ணி கயிற்றை அறுக்க முயற்சி செய்வதில்லை என்று பாகன் சொன்னான்.

அந்த மனிதன் ஆச்சரியப்பட்டான், இந்த யானைகள் ஒரு நிமிடத்தில் இந்த கயிற்றை அறுத்து கொண்டு போகலாம் ஆனால் அவைகள் அதற்கான முயற்சி செய்வதில்லை அதனாலேயே அவைகள்
கட்டுண்டு கிடக்கின்றன.

இந்த யானைகள் போல் நம்மில் எத்தனை பேர் ஒரு முறை தோற்றதும் மீண்டும் முயற்சிக்காமல் துவண்டு போகின்றோம்.

தோல்வி என்பது நாம் வெற்றியடையப் போவதின் முதற்படியே தொடர்முயற்சியே நம் வெற்றிக்கு வழி வகுக்கும்.
